My mornings start early with cleansing kriyas like Jal Neti and Oil Pulling (Kavala), followed by Yoga Sadhana to align my mind, body, and soul. As someone who integrates Ayurveda and wellness into daily life, these rituals are non-negotiable for me.

Over these two days, I also underwent Ayurveda Panchakarma therapy—Vasti, and I’ll be sharing my experience and insights about this incredible detox process.

Balancing wellness with work, I spent my days scripting, shooting, editing, and managing my content calendar as a full-time digital creator. One of the highlights was a fantastic shoot for Tanishq, which took up an entire day but was so fulfilling.
