• Gaia Planets near Yellows
• Purple Planets near Yellows
• Orange / Brown Planets near Yellows
• Tech Tile: (+VP Mine on Gaia) Below Terraforming/Gaiaforming/Economy
• Round Scoring Tile: (Mine on Gaia) in Rounds 2/5

Rivals:
Bal'Taks - Risk them of taking the Purple Planets
Nevlas - Risk them of taking the Purple Planets
Ivits - Risk them of taking anything nearby and cutting off Gleens game
Terrans - High Risk them of taking the Purple and Green Planets

Strengths:
• Combo - Round Scoring Tile: Mines on Gaia Planets + Tech Tile: (+VP) for Mine on Gaia Planets, + Faction Ability scoring
• High early to mid game scoring.
• Straightforward strategy simple to plan with

Weakness:
• Gaia Planets are taken.
• One directional strategy.
• Scoring can slow down near Round 5/6
• Heavy ore reliance
• Low knowledge games

How to play:

Your real goal with Gleens is to maximise your scoring with the faction ability combo listed above. Try to make that the centre of your game plan. Look out for anyone claiming the purple planets or green planets early on as this will weaken your scoring opportunities. Don't forget that anytime you should claim QIC you get ore, so going up the QIC Tech path isn't a bad idea if you need to squeeze that extra ore for a building or terraforming. Ideally though try to get a Ore centred game, which would mean getting mines out all over the place. If you can get everything prepared so when that "Mines on Gaia planets" Round starts you can simply build mines on converted Purple and Gaia planets all over the place, you are going to have a good game.
