Hilsha Fish - 8 pieces
▶️পেঁয়াজ বাটা - ১ কাপ
Onion paste - 1 cup
▶️ফেটানো টকদই - ১ কাপ
Sour yogurt - 1 cup
▶️বাদাম বাটা - ½ কাপ
Peanut paste - ½ cup
▶️আদা বাটা - ১ চা চামচ
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
▶️জিরা বাটা - ১ চা চামচ
Cumin paste - 1 teaspoon
▶️শুকনা মরিচ গুঁড়া - ১ টেবিল চামচ
Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
▶️কাঁচা মরিচ বাটা - ১ টেবিল চামচ
Green chilli paste - 1 tablespoon
▶️পেঁয়াজ বেরেস্তা - ½ কাপ
Onion beresta - ½ cup
▶️লবণ - পরিমাণমত
Salt - as required

▶️ঘি - ২ টেবিল চামচ
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
▶️সয়াবিন তেল - ½ কাপ
Soyabean oil - ½ cup
▶️পেঁয়াজ কুচি - ½ কাপ
Chopped onion - ½ cup
▶️কুসুম গরম দুধ - ১ কাপ
Luke warm milk - 1 cup
▶️আস্ত কাঁচা মরিচ - ৫-৭ টা
Whole green chillies - 5 to 7
