Easy Sizing Guide For Shapewear

1. Get a Measuring Tape
2. Measure the narrowest part of your waist/natural waist line. (This is often the area 1 inch below your breasts and 2 inches above your belly button.)
3. Measure the widest part of your hips.
4. Compare your measurements with Butt-Chique’s Size Chart to find your perfect size.
