Pizza On The Grill | Kamado Joe | DoJoe Pizza Oven Attachment

Today I’m showing you all how I do pizza on the grill! For a long time, I was using a pizza stone on the kamado joe. I decided to invest in the Kamado Joe DoJoe pizza oven attachment instead of spending way more money on a pizza oven. It has been a great decision and I’m impressed with the pizza that comes off of this thing!

I’ve gotten a lot of reps on this, and decided I would share how I do home made pizza on the grill!

Hope people find this useful- when I got the kamado joe and the pizza oven attachment, there weren’t many videos on how to make pizza the right way in my not so humble opinion. I’m from CT and have been spoiled with NY and New Haven style pizza my whole life…

Pizzas cooked:
1- plain cheese
2- fried green tomato pie
3- pancetta pie
4- pepperoni, ricotta, basil
