My Guest on this Episode is Dr. Katrina Burrus, CEO and Lead Coach at MKB Excellent Executive Coaching.

Dr. Burrus has coached global leaders in multinational companies such as:
• Nestlé
• Novartis
• CERN – the European Organisation for Nuclear Research
• UNAIDS – the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV & AIDS; and the
• United Nations

She is recognized for her distinctive capabilities, which gives her a unique advantage when working with multicultural leaders and teams from Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas.

Katrina was in fact the very first ICF (International Coach Federation) Master Certified Coach in Switzerland and the Founder and former Board Member of ICF Switzerland. She is a former Board Member of the “Editorial Board of the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations.”

Katrina discusses her own experiences coaching these 'Brilliant Jerks' (the title of her best-selling book), and in particular makes reference to the fact that there may be DEMANDING Leaders, and TOXIC Leaders, but that they are DIFFERENT!
