Crocodiles and Barra - Ord River | Kununurra | Ultimate Adventures | Part 2

Second half of our trip to Kununurra in 2022. We were very lucky to see it with our own eyes - a crocodile hunting for its meal by the river bank. A cow was drinking from the river and this croc stealthily approached the cow and almost succeeded in pulling the cow into the water. We were holding our breath as we watched and thought we were going to witness a cow being killed. Few other crocs were swimming towards the cow before the attack and would have had a feast if the cow didn't manage to escape.
On our last day, we spotted a floating dead cow from afar and sure enough, there was a croc dragging the cow along the river. It would then be torn apart and consumed by a few crocs.
