Welcome to Abi's phonics! This phonics video teaches children the d sound. It is an interactive phonics video where the children are expected to join in with practising the d sound by bouncing the d sound into words beginning with d and blending d words using all of their sounds. CVC (3 letter d words) are used to encourage the children to blend sounds in d words. The sound d is from the phase 2 set of phonics sounds.
