Stream Deck Plus Review for Flight Sim: A Game-Changer for Aviators?

This is my review and thoughts on the Elgato Stream Deck Plus for Flight Simulation. Is this stream deck worth it for flight simulation or just another useless piece of equipment?

I've owned a few stream decks over the years but the new Steam Deck + really caught my attention. Is it worth upgrading from the Stream Deck or Stream Deck XL? How good are the rotary knobs and whats the software like? I cover all of this and more.
