Ingredients:
4 cups milk
A pinch of saffron (optional)
½ cup suji (semolina)
½ cup - 1 tablespoon sugar
⅓ cup condensed milk
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
½ teaspoon rose water
Instructions:
Start with the Milk: In a deep bowl, add 4 cups of milk along with a pinch of saffron (if using). Heat it until it comes to a boil.

Add Suji: Once the milk is boiling, stir in ½ cup of suji. Cook for about 12-15 minutes over low heat until the mixture thickens.

Sweeten It: Add ½ cup - 1 tablespoon of sugar and ⅓ cup of condensed milk. Continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Final Touch: Stir in ¼ teaspoon of cardamom powder and ½ teaspoon of rose water. Mix well to combine all the flavors.

Cool & Serve: Let the mixture cool. Serve it as a stand-alone dessert or pair it with some luchi or porota for an ultimate treat.
