Ingredients:

4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Red Onion
800-900g Lamb or Mutton (shoulder and leg cut)
1 tsp Salt
Garlic and Ginger block or 1 tsp each of Fresh Alternative
4 Medium Tomatoes

1 tsp Cumin
1.5 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes
0.5 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

3 Green Chillies
3 tbsp Natural Yoghurt

Pinch or Kasuri Methi
Fresh Ginger (cut into small strips)
Large handful Fresh Coriander
