Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition Review | The Best SF2 Version You’ve Never Heard Of

Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition is easily the best version of SF2 that I’ll bet you’ve never heard of!

The reason is most likely that it came out in 2003, well after the alpha games and street fighter 3. This is a real shame because just like Hyper Street Fighter Alpha, Hyper Street Fighter 2 has the most comprehensive VS mode of any SF2 title.
