Royalty Class Narrowboat Victoria gets a new prop. This video shows all the operations of the dry dock at Bulbourne run by Jem Bates. The rudder was being straightened in the metal workshop at Bulbourne, and was put on later, using the depth of the lock to pull it in from underneath to save having to split the rudder from the stock.
