One of the cool features of your ES500 is the ability to update its firmware. Firmware updates will be available from time to time and will allow you to add new features or update the functionality of your ES500. Updating firmware is quick and easy.

Here's how:

Download and Unzip the file from the Firmware update link: https://es500.eikondevice.com/user-ma...
Copy the es500_update.bin file to the root of a USB flash drive.
Connect the flash drive to the ES500 USB port under the footswitch button.
Remove the power cord from the ES500.
Press and hold the footswitch button and then connect power while continuing to hold.
The ES500 will boot into "Firmware Update" mode, then you can release the footswitch button.
Follow the onscreen procedure.
Confirm the new firmware is installed on reboot.
