The Chemical Brothers IN GLINT Rare Promo CD DJ Mix Set

Check it out! Had to score this one from across the pond. Tracklist below (from discogs, thank you). The Bros "go back" for a jackin' set of bangers and movers that recalls their formative rave years, while keeping it fresh at the same time . . . "In Glint" also includes perhaps the best contextual build for "It Began in Afrika," which gives an original life to this Electronic Battle Weapon. Also, we get a stellar performance from frequent collaborator Q-Tip in an awesomely wobbly (non-Chems) remix. Finally, the set climaxes with the ever-hypnotic "Diabla" by Funk D'Void and ends on a high note with 101's chants of "ecstasy" and "acid." The more I listen to this set, the more I love it. A must for any Chems fan.

If anyone could give me the exact seconds for the "Hey Riff," that would be awesome, by the way.

It should be noted that "In Glint" is nearly identical to the set, "Live at MTV2 in London NYE 1-1-02," but is nearly half the length, and was of course released as a limited promotional CD. Naturally, I recommend the longer set, if only to hear how the Chems hand-picked the foundation for "In Glint."
