I begin with the idea of healing by raising your vibration. I get caught by a memory of my "cancer story'. Nowadays I would recommend a low sugar diet, lovely food and some intermittent fasting for those managing cancer, but only if it could be achieved in a state of love not stress. I describe the use of art , making images , as a healing process. Also dance, movement to heal. Different ways to raise your vibration. Nowadays there is a great body of work by Dr Joe Dispenza which I would like to see be earnestly and joyfully studied by all who are sick, it is a great collation of information and presented in the language of science. The ancient Arts describe matters of body and spirit in their own language but it is all the same if you dive deep enough. I forgot to say how my dreams also brought healing but I have written a book on that ( as yet unpublished ), lockdown had some fruits! It was also when we started growing food on our allotment.
