Hey there!

Welcome to World of Waw. This movie takes you through the product configurator & wall planner we made for furniture company Recor.

When you start the app you see the home screen.

Our interface is especially designed to seduce both rightbrain and leftbrain driven people. It takes you to all the main features. The banner on top the showcases the latest collections.

Below this slider, you see three buttons.

The first one, is the scanner. On the purchase orders you can find a QR code you can scan to reload your product configuration. It can also offer a nice starting point when used on displays at furniture fairs, in stores or print communication. Just scan the display and customize the furniture piece as you like it.

The second button takes you to the product catalogue. You can browse through collections and select the furniture piece you like best. When you choose a product, you can select your preferred design. And customize it further.

In the product configurator, you can view the product in 360°.

The menu on the right shows you all the customizable parts. Tap on whatever it is you want to change, and your options appear in the right side bar. In this case, you can change the color of all doors and drawers. When you pick a color, you get an immediate visual confirmation of the result of your choice. If there’s a change in price, you can see that as well.

Happy with your design? Tap on the heart button and save your product or room.
You can give your design a name and add a description. You can find all your favorites by tapping the heart button in the right upper corner.

You can also add other products to your scene. You can do this by tapping the plus button and select other pieces in the catalogue.

Curious what the design will look like? You can check the end result thanks to augmented reality. Hit the ‘show in room’ button. If you want to check the exact measurements of you design, you can download and print the Recor flyer and place it where ever your furniture piece will end up. Simply aim the app at the flyer and tada! You can walk around it to look at it from all angles and take a screenshot to share with family and friends.

If the measurements are not important to you at this point, you can project your design without the flyer as well. If you have a nice shot, you can also freeze the background and rotate the furniture piece until it looks exactly right.

When you hit the home button, you return to the main interface. The third way to seduce clients, are the shopable inspiration pages. You can browse through a portfolio of pictures. If you see something you like, just hit the information button and a pop-up screen reveals the pieces in this room. Again, you can either add to favorites or customize first.

When you go to your saved favorites by tapping the heart in the upper menu bar, you can see a list of your designs. You can delete them, adapt them in the configurator or put them in a shopping basket.

Let’s delete the first selection.

The second one we’ll adapt. I’m going to remove a piece, because I would just like to keep the coffee table.

Happy with this piece? Great! Let’s save it, and put it in our shopping basket.

Go to the next page to request a personal quote of your own design. This request is sent to the store you chose when installing the app for the first time, and off course, you get a copy!
