This is a spoken word poetry performance about the US military and special forces. Fortier is a Marine Corps veteran that writes poetry about the military, warfare, mental health, depression, and social issues. "Lead the Way" is a tribute to the men and women that are at the tip of the spear, taking the fight to the enemy and reminding them that we do not sleep so long as they continue to plan malevolence against us.
