I recently included a bonus mission in my 'Blue Nose Bastards of Bodney' P-51D campaign for those who own the Channel map. The campaign was originally designed using the Normandy and the Caucasus maps, but the Channel map is so beautiful, I really wanted to have a P-51 mission that uses it.
