Battlefield 2042 AK 5C High Powered Rounds

Описание к видео Battlefield 2042 AK 5C High Powered Rounds

Included more of the in-between parts that I usually cut or skip between clips so we'll see how that does on here. At the very least it might pass as AK 5C ASMR. I think I swapped between the two main muzzle breaks as you can see in the footage. I used the lower capacity magazine for the high powered rounds because of the assumption that the next Battlefield game would likely return to lower player counts or less than 128 players and unless they are going all in on the COD mentality the magazine sizes would return to more normal sizes like we had in BF3 or BF4. I was mostly testing other things during most of this, mice, mousepads, network settings, etc. that is why I was playing alone.

In case there are questions on my thoughts on the recent interview with Vince Zampella on the next Battlefield game I'll leave some opinions.

The interview: https://www.ign.com/articles/exclusiv...

"I mean, if you look back to the peak or the pinnacle of Battlefield, it's that Battlefield 3... Battlefield 4 era where everything was modern."

Part of me worried that by their wording all they meant by the mentioning of BF3 and BF4 was that they were going to shift the era to something closer to what was in BF3 and BF4. Although personally I didn't view BF2042 as that far into the future even with the vehicles and gadgets. The flight mechanics sure those were pretty far in the future spaceship-like physics but overall I'd say BF2042 was modern when compared to the previous two Battlefield games ( BFV, BF1 ). Anyways worst case scenario all they mean by referencing BF3 or BF4 is they plan to go to an era closer to those games and that's it, no game mechanics, design, etc. from those games. Double worst case scenario they bring BF3 suppression back.

"And I think we have to get back to the core of what Battlefield is and do that amazingly well, and then we'll see where it goes from there."

That can be very subjective and depends on what they or the developers consider to be the core of Battlefield. Like most things mentioned we won't know what they mean until we see it.

"I'd rather have nice, dense, really nice, well-designed play spaces."

That is kind of contradictory to BF3 and BF4 maps if that is the "peak" Battlefield they are referencing. A ton of maps in those games were quite large and open similar to the style of BF2042 maps so does that mean a lot of those DLC maps for BF3 and BF4 aren't Battlefield maps?

"You can experience more things within the Battlefield universe."

Great more useless game modes to try and attract players from other specific games or game modes. I just see this as the same problem we've seen in multiple Battlefield games where the population gets spread so thin between so many game modes you end up with empty servers or always playing the same people over and over again. Get core game modes right first then play with your pigeons later.

A lot of what Vince said in the interview sounds nice but based on experience we have zero reason to trust or believe anything he says. And based on the vagueness of some of the statements I can't really say if it'll be good or not because we don't know for certain what they mean. It's a lot of wait and see it first to really understand what they mean and what they intend for Battlefield. Remember the so called "better DICE developers" that worked on BF3 and BF4 were the ones that said BF3 would be a true sequel to BF2 which turned out to be a straight lie as it was based heavily on what was in BC2 and shared very little with BF2. Although knowing DICE they probably said that because both games had Wake Island. Should we place bets on Wake Island being in the next Battlefield game?

Of course I'm excited for another Battlefield game. Just seems like nothing was really shared since a lot of it describes previous Battlefield games and some of us actually remember how badly BF4 launched.
