Starting and Driving a Chevrolet Caprice After 13 Years

Описание к видео Starting and Driving a Chevrolet Caprice After 13 Years

Car revival of the last of the big full size convertible produced by Chevrolet, the 1975 Chevrolet Caprice Classic convertible. This car was very well taken care of from the beginning and is original except from the convertible top, and you can tell by the plastic rear window, for the original had glass window. I have been told that the original tires was replaced at a early point because they vere useless and did not perform well on this car, but they where very impressed over the ones that is still in the car. What i know about this cars history is that it have been on car shows in the 80`s and it was used as a wedding car, it was later at some point walked over by someone and it was a generally a magnet to people who would damage the car so the owner decided to just park it for in a old wooden garage. About 10 years later it was so full of dust that kept the moisture on the paint. Somone then took action for saving the paint and washed and carefully waxed the car by hand and moved it to a better, fully enclosed building. 13 years more has gone, the automatic transmission oil have been dripping, abandoned, but not forgotten. A qualitiy car with a close to bullitproof drivetrain with the Chevy 350 V8 and TH350 automatic transmission, have waited long enough... Will it start, run and even drive again?...
