On May 15th 2022, Go North East held their 2nd Depot Day at the Gateshead Riverside Depot alongside the annual NEBPT Bus & Coach Show that takes place at the Metrocentre Coach Park. At the Open Day, there were many activities which included a soft play bus, a ride through the bus wash and having your name displayed on a bus.

This video is of the ride through the bus wash, in which you’re able to see how buses are washed at the depot, and then the journey continues round to the rear of the depot and then through the garage again, which allows passengers to see where most of the buses are parked and get to see the buses on the pits.
