This is my first ever Omakase experience back in July of 2018.
If you didn't know, Omakase translates to "I'll leave it up to you" or "to entrust the chef." Typically at an Omakase-styled sushi restaurant, there is no menu and it's all chef's choice which consists of a 12-15 course meal.
I've decided to bring my Brother along with me to reward him of how well he's doing in school.
This is one experience I'll never forget. Enjoy!
