• Paneer – 400 gm
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Butter – 1 tsp + 50 gm
• Bay leaf – 1
• Mace – 1
• Cinnamon – 1 stick
• Black cardamom – 2
• Green cardamom – 4
• Onion – 2 (sliced)
• Ginger – 1 inch
• Garlic – 15 cloves
• Cashews – ½ cup
• Coriander stems – ¼ cup
• Kashmiri red chillies – 4
• Tomatoes – 4–6
• Salt – to taste
• Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
• Garam masala – 1 tsp
• Kasuri methi powder – 1 tsp
• Water – as required
• Fresh cream – 1 cup
• Kasuri methi – ½ tsp
• Honey – ½ tsp
• Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish 🌿
