Ford Transit Cooling Fan Diagnostic. FANS NOT WORKING OVERHEATING!!! (FIXED)

If your engine is running hot, there are a few potential culprits. First, check the coolant. Make sure the coolant is full and the mixture is correct. Next, check for any leaks in the radiator and cooling system. Any leaks will cause your engine to run hotter than usual. Finally, make sure that the fan is working correctly and that the fan belt if you do not have electric fans is in good condition.
If all of these things check out, then it may be time to take a look at the thermostat. The thermostat could be stuck open or closed and this would cause the engine to run hotter than normal.
In this video it was the electric cooling fan circuit that was faulty. Follow along as we trace through the circuit and test to determine which component is defective.
The electrical diagnostic process was challenging But with the right knowledge and tools, it's possible to work through the process and find a solution. I'm glad I was able to work through it and find a successful outcome. #ford #transition
