Hello guys!!
In the February of 2021, I visited this beautiful island in the middle of Arabian sea called the Oyster rock lighthouse island (named so because of the Oysters covering the rocks)
The island is so calm, serene and rich with flora and fauna, you don't ever wanna come back. It's crazy how parts of the world relatively untouched by us humans are thriving so well.

The Oyster rock has a lighthouse built in the 1860s, illuminating light up to 37kms(!!) guiding the ships on their way to Karwar port and even Goan ports. On a clear day, you can view the coastline from Ankola (near Gokarna) to Goa!

Coming to the important part, how to get there:
Starting point : Karwar, Karnataka, India or Palolem, Goa,India
About an hour ride in the sea to reach the island.
A prior permission is required to reach the island. You can get it via local boat agency in Karwar.
Name : Wave adventure (couldn't find appropriate link)
One boat from Karwar costs 7000 INR (as of February 2021). Each boat can accommodate 10 people.

You need to take lunch , snacks and sufficient drinking water along with you( it's a secluded island after all)

Highly recommended if you are in Karwar or South Goa :)
