Well let's settle this age old question. "Should I boil my Mollejas (Sweet Breads aka Thymus Glands) or not?" I take some Mollejas and boil them and I take some raw to the PK Grill so see if there is any difference at the end. I only used Table salt too... I really think you will enjoy the results.
