Pundi or steamed rice balls is one of the popular south Indian traditional breakfast recipe.


Ingredients:

Brown rice/kerala matta rice - 1 cup
Fresh grated coconut - 1/4 cup
Water - 2 cup
Salt - 1/2 to 3/4 tsp or to taste
Oil - 1tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
Urad dal - 1tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig


Chutney: 00:02:45 - 00:03:41

Kashmiri Red chilli - 3
Garlic - 4 cloves
Salt to taste
Tamarind - 1 small
Water -3/4cup
Oil - 2tsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 8-10
