Like, how are we still ignoring the fact that the dairy your body is violently rejecting is probably the problem? Your lactose-intolerant ancestors are screaming from the beyond.

It's wild to me how people will overlook the low-vibrational, high-drama food they're eating and then wonder why they're always sick. Meanwhile, butchers literally have some of the highest rates of depression, and you wanna act like the food they're handling isn't carrying that same energy straight to your plate? Don't shoot the messenger! I'm just connecting dots.

Anyway, if you're feeling "off," maybe start with what you're feeding your body before blaming the stars or kale. Your chakras are fine, Karen-it's the triple cheese pizza that's the problem.
