1/2 Cup Polao Rice
2 Tbsp Moong Daal
Soak For 30 Min.
Wash Well
1 Cup Jaggery
1/4 Cup Water
Cook Until Jaggery Melt
Keep Aside
1 Litre Milk
Let It Boil
Add Soaked Rice & Moong Daal
Keep Stirring
Cook Until Boil The Rice
Add Melted Jaggery
1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
Take A Tarka Pan
2tbsp Ghee
2 Tbsp Almond
2 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
2 Tbsp Raisin
Roast For 30 Sec.
Pour In The Rice Kheer
Mix Well
Remove From The Heat
