Zapper and Snapscan have become an increasingly popular means of payment all around South Africa; at the coffee shops, paying for your parking and just about anything. But can we as online sellers offer for our customers to pay on our websites using Zapper or Snapscan? Absolutely yes! If you’re operating on one of the more popular platforms like Shopify, Magento or Wordpress then it’s very easy for you to install and integrate it into your checkout process. And you know what? Customers love it because they don’t have to get their credit card out, get the 16 digit number, expiry date and CVV number and then wait for a One Time Pin. All you do is you get your phone out, zap the screen and it’s done.
