This is a sweet little sipper!

I got the idea for this cocktail when I reviewed the Drumshanbo Port Cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, and I wanted to make a cocktail featuring Port wine. When doing my research, I discovered this riff on a classic Manhattan cocktail recipe, which swaps out the vermouth for Port wine!

Port Manhattan Cocktail Recipe
60ml Port Finished Whiskey
30ml Port Wine
3 Dashes Orange Bitters

Stir with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a Maraschino Cherry
