Dr. Donna shows how to harvest marshmallow root

Althea officinalis or marshmallow is a very important herb in veterinary medicine. I use it everyday to help heal and soothe mucosal membranes, such as the bladder, intestinal tract and lungs. It works best in dry and inflamed patients. The dose is discussed in the video but 1/4 tsp of powder in the food twice a day per 20 lbs body weight is a good dose.
