This line is composed of 1 set of 2-station material rack (destacker), 10 sets of 4-axis 3kg intelligent swing arm stamping manipulator, 1 sets of 5-axis 3kg intelligent swing arm stamping robot, 1 tapping machine and 8 presses.
The 2-station material rack positions, splits, and feeds the metal sheet to the calibration table, where the 1st robot picks from. It has 2 stations (bins), and no need to stop the production line to load materials. With double sheets sensor, the destacker will stop and alarm if two pieces are grabbed.
#The first 4-axis stamping manipulator picks from the calibration table and feeds to the 1st press.
#Parallel translation
Parallel translation mode is the simplest and most commonly used mode. It is suitable for workpieces of the previous and next punch presses on the same plane and there are no obstacles between the workpieces, such as mold guide pillars or punch photoelectric sensors. The manipulator can grab and feed the workpiece effectively without any other extra action.
#The following manipulators transfer the piece from the previous press to the next press in sequence.
#Overturn
#The 6th robot is 5-axis. It flips the piece by 180-degree and put on the transfer table. The 7th robot picks from the transfer table and feeds to the next press.
In stamping production, if the top and bottom of the workpiece at the previous station are opposite to those at the next station, the overturn mode is used to turn the product over.
