Taken from Solvent's "RDJCS5ep" on Suction Records. The EP was made entirely with a very special Yamaha CS-5 synthesizer, owed by David Borean , who co-runs Suction Records alongside Solvent. This CS-5 was previously owned by Richard D. James and has the liner notes to Aphex Twin’s seminal “Selected Ambient Works Volume II” hand-etched on the bottom of it. Those etchings were photographed and used for SAWII’s artwork. This Yamaha CS-5, probably the ultimate holy grail of Aphex Twin memorabilia, is now up for auction via Ebay (starting November 10 2020).
