Took me longer than I thought because of evasion RNG on FEater.

Risk Tags Taken:
- Max HP Seals are reduced to 1 (Lv1)
- All enemies gain +50% Movement Speed (Lv1)
- All enemies gain +50% DEF (Lv1)
- Casters and Medics Operators cannot be deployed (Lv2)
- All enemies gain +35% ATK (Lv2)
- All enemies gain +150% Max HP (Lv3)
- All [Avengers] and [Hateful Avengers] gain +200% DEF, +120% Max HP, and +80% ATK (Lv3)
- 10 tiles on the map will no longer allow units to be deployed upon them (Lv3)
- Max squad size is reduced to 7 operators (Lv2)
