Traband - Vlastovky / Swallows (DVD Neslychane)

"Neslýchané" is the new studio album of rock songs on a CD accompanied by a DVD which contains older songs by Traband. These songs are translated to Czech sign language by the Czech Chamber of Sign Language Interpreters and recorded as video clips.

Every spring from faraway
Swallows come flying in
Sometimes all the way indoors
Under the roof they nest
And people who live there
Understood their birdsong

About distant lands, deep seas, wild rivers
About high mountains, that must be crested
About heavenly paths, shining stars, a journey home
About the tree tops, where rest can be found.


We are from the places that we live in
From nests that we abandoned
From journeys that end on the shore
From people and all creatures
From blood and meat and bone
From memories, dreams and stories


We're like the birds, paper kites flying in the clouds
And then returning to where we're tied
We are humans from meat and bones we are just guests
Here in this world, we come, we go


And we want to know, that someplace is a nest
From where we came and can go again to sleep
That somewhere is home,a nest, homely and clean
That someone's there who awaits our return
