T1 MkLeo on Genesis 8: "I really needed the win”

On Sunday, April 17th 2022, MkLeo claimed first at Genesis 8, defeating Solary | Glutonny 3-0 in Grand Finals. This marks Leo’s fourth Genesis first place finish and the second in just Ultimate. Byleth was the character of choice throughout Top 8, beating Moist | Light and FaZe | Sparg0 on his way to grands. We interviewed Leo to discuss his victory, mentality going into championship Sunday, and what the future may hold.
