The Recon Xbox controller from Turtle Beach has built-in audio controls for easy access to the volume. You can also easily mute your microphone without taking your hands off the controller. There are two extra buttons on the back that you configure to use instead of the other buttons. There is also a mode that FPS gamers will love. It is called Pro aim mode. It allows you to change the sensitivity of your right thumb for better aiming.

This controller costs about the same as the standard Xbox controller but offers more features and a better ergonomic design.
