Cheesy Spring Cannelloni | Jamie Cooks Spring | Channel 4, Mondays, 8pm

Today I’m celebrating delicious spring chard as a filling to create springtime in a dish! With a similar flavour to spinach, the earthy chard contrasts beautifully with the sweet lightness of the tomato base and the creamy ooze of the cheesy topping.
