Slay an apostate worshipper for the Daedra Lord Peryite:
1. (Optional) Meet with an Afflicted Refugee.
2. Travel to the Shrine to Peryite.
3. Gather items needed by Kesh the Clean to make incense.
4. Inhale the incense fumes and speak to Peryite's apparition.
5. Kill Orchendor in the Dwemer ruin Bthardamz.
6. Return to the shrine for your reward.
