Kingdom Death 1.6 Core - How I Would Handle Building All Those Survivors!

Описание к видео Kingdom Death 1.6 Core - How I Would Handle Building All Those Survivors!

I have also listed in the description my recommendations in text form. This video contains my opinions on how I would approach building all the core survivor minis. Hopefully, it is helpful for people.

My Full Build Suggestions are as follows:

Rawhide:
GCE and Echoes will give survivors with Daggers and Axes in rawhide. There is also a good instrument rawhide substitute as I mentioned. I suggest Bone Club and Shield. Bow is a good choice for the kneeling pose, but many weapons work. Greater Gaxe is an example. Rawhide is also a good place to use a Zanbato. Rawhide is also a good place to put utility weapons, like bone darts and instruments.

Leather:
GCE has a CWA sculpt. For those with core only, I would try to make a set with a shield, as it is a good tanking set. Sword and Shield, Zanbato and shield. After that, I would save some.

White Lion:
White Lion I would go ahead and make one with lion katars right out of the box. There will be many subs for this build, but it really is one of the best builds for the armor set. GCE has a WL set + Katar survivor, so does Gigalion. GCE also includes a WL with Spear, and one with Twilight sword. Next, I would suggest building WL and daggers. This set also works well with Bone Club. I know I keep suggesting bone club, but it is really good for the early game.

Screaming Antelope:
Go ahead and make screaming with Lion Spear right away as well. This is a good build, and the lion spear is great. You could use the spear on the sprue, as it could pass as a scrap bone spear. 1.6 does have a new spear… however, it is not very good. Lope set is also good with the Phoenix katana. After that, save some if you get some expansions.

Phoenix:
The Lantern Glaive or Lantern Halberd works well with this. This could also be where you want to put one of the grand weapons, dragon/perfect slayer.

Lantern:
Here is where you want to use your Skullcap hammer and beacon shield. I would save many of these parts to build your favorite survivors and use with expansions stuff. The main thing you want is to get one of these miniatures with a club on it. Lantern Glaive is also a nice one here, as it can pass as warlord armor. You could just build a warlord armor if you decide to make the hybrids.

I also heavily recommend that you try to work on your survivor poses. The armor kits are lots of fun if you plan out good survivor poses. They can be bland and static generic poses.
