Rules we followed:
- "Force medkit" Turned on
- "Custom ammo" Turned off (you can choose whatever you want)
- "Quartermaster" Turned off
- No rolling forever. 1 roll = 1 game
- You can reroll if you don't have an item unlocked
- No switching weapons in game
- You can pick up other weapons only if you wipe a server or are going to extract
