In this video, we will tell you some acupressure points for diabetic patients to control their high sugar levels. Acupressure is known as a very effective method to cure any disease; it works by pressure on specific points on the hand or legs.

The main problem occurs in the pancreas and the cells. Here are some Acupressure points that will help to decrease the high level of sugar. In addition, if patients place pressure on the surrounding areas of the abdomen or especially connected areas of the pancreas, they will get relief in Diabetes.

👉 In the hands, we see a pressed part between the first finger and thumb. Diabetic patients need to press this area at least for 1 to 2 minutes.
A ~ If someone presses this point on an empty stomach, it gives more benefits.
B ~ Make sure do not to press this point after eating food.

👉 We see a pressed part in the right and left corners of the wrist or below the last finger/ small finger of hands located at the wrist.
A ~ Patients need to press these areas for at least 1 to 2 minutes.

👉 In the hand, we see the area between the first and second fingers. Now the patient needs to place pressure from that area to below between the palms. But make sure this pressure can be applied on the left hand only.
A ~ This pressure covers 3 points, and these trios are connected with the stomach, large intestine, small intestine, and pancreas.
B ~ Patients need to press these points daily and at least for 1 to 2 minutes.
