#hiring : Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer – Redox Flow Battery (RFB) Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager or experienced Senior Project Engineer to oversee the full lifecycle of Redox Flow Battery (RFB) turnkey projects across Dubai and the wider UAE region. This role involves managing all project phases—from engineering design and procurement to site installation, commissioning, and client handover. Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in energy storage systems, large-scale project execution, and stakeholder coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.

2. Supervise engineering design to ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE, DEWA, and Dubai Municipality standards.

3. Lead procurement activities, vendor evaluations, and supply chain management.

4. Manage on-site construction, HSE compliance, and installation.

5. Manage commissioning, system testing, and grid interconnection approvals.

6. Track project KPIs, control costs, and produce periodic reports for management.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, regulators.

7.Ensure smooth final handover, O&M manuals, and client/end-user training.


Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.

2. Master’s degree and/or PMP certification preferred.

3. 8–12 years of project management experience (4–5 years in power/renewable turnkey projects).

4. Candidates with 6–7 years of relevant experience may also be considered for the Sr. Project Engineer role.

5. Hands-on experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)—RFB experience is a strong advantage.

6. Demonstrated project delivery success in UAE or GCC is essential.


Skills & Competencies:

1. Deep technical knowledge of energy storage systems, grid integration, and project delivery.

2. Proficiency in MS Project, or similar project management tools.

3. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation capabilities.

4. Budgeting, cost control, and reporting skills.

5. Excellent communication in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

6. Strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
