Foot and ankle strength drills:
1. Pogo hops
2. Lateral bounds
3. Side step to hop
4. Positional isometrics for foot strength
5. Split squat pulse
6. Slam on the brakes
7. Forward single leg hops
8. Lateral single leg hops

These are all great drills to improve foot strength and ankle strength for football, soccer, lacrosse, or other field sports. These are especially important exercises for ankle sprains. If you have a history of an ankle sprain, building good foot and ankle strength is key to reducing risk of reinjury.
