In the first part of the video, you can hear it running quite noisily second part of the video after service and fixing a bit of a design flaw it now runs very quietly

I found the problem was that the motor was not a tight fit in the mount so it was vibrating in the metal housing when the model was running

Bachmann should have used a rubber pad around the motor

The fix was a simple one of putting a little bit of hot glue in the gap between the motor the the metal housing to stop it moving

Apart from that it was a very quick service just adding a little oil to the bearings and then reassembling the model

So a nice easy fix
