How are F1 liveries designed?

F1 livery design is tougher than you think. Here is why, and how F1 teams make theirs.

When it comes to motorsport, the livery is the single most important piece of branding a team will produce. It’s what’s shown to all of the fans on-track, and the millions of people watching at home.

Livery design is not simply a case of making something look pretty however, as motorsport is a big business with several different parties involved, each with their own vision and message they want to share with the world.
