She began as a Global Markets Finance Business Partner at Rand Merchant Bank in 2004, and held this position for over 11 years before being appointed as the COO of FNB Stockbroking and Portfolio Management for Ashburton Investments in 2015.

She worked in this role for nearly three years, and was then appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer of FNB Wealth and Investments.

She took on her current position at PSG in 2021.
