If we did not EXPOSE this pizzeria owner in Great Barrington, MA, he would most likely ruin a vacation and/or weekend for other tourists traveling to The Berkshires of Western Massachusetts... BTW: COLLEGE STUDENTS are home on the weekend and love to order and eat PIZZA, SUBS, and WINGS at pizzerias after 9:00 p.m.
We experienced the real-life "PIZZA NAZI" on Friday night, September 27, 2024, in Great Barrington, Massachusetts (while staying over the weekend to attend several Berkshire County, MA weekend events and festivals).
HERE IS A VIDEO OF THE REAL-LIFE "PIZZA NAZI" who wanted us to leave the restaurant at 9:30 p.m., so he could have his busboy mop the tiny area of the pizzeria—the mopping of the floor should be done ALL DAY LONG; and after the pizzeria and restaurant closes at 10:00 pm...
Moreover, patrons do NOT have to leave a restaurant at 9:30 p.m., that is open until 10:00 p.m. with the door unlocked, the "Open" sign turned on, "DINE IN" posted on the door, and where the owner takes your order and money at 9:22 p.m., and then refuses to let you dine in… Instead, this owner wanted to put our pizza in a box to leave at 9:30 pm… That’s “The Pizza Nazi” of The Berkshires, and TERRIBLE hospitality and customer service.

We were hungry strangers traveling to Great Barrington, MA, when we arrived at Vivaldis "New York Style" Pizza which did not close until another 38 minutes on a Friday night. We could have eaten our small pizza slices with condiments, HOSPITALITY, and left by 9:55 p.m.
Visit the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts, however, DO NOT go to Vivaldi’s “NEW YORK STYLE” Pizzeria, in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, because the owner is rude and unreasonable! What does he mean by “this is not New York… This is Massachusetts — go back to New York”?
Hmmm! "NEW YORK STYLE PIZZA" is printed on Vivaldi's menus and sign (LOL).
